Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Service means the StyleAI website and AI image styling platform. Credits are prepaid units used to generate images. We, us, and our refer to StyleAI and its operators. You means the individual or entity using the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at help@netreads.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Use of the service

The Service allows you to upload images and generate AI-styled outputs. You must not use the Service for illegal purposes, to create explicit or offensive content, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to harass others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Credits, payments, and pricing

Generating images requires credits. Credits are sold as prepaid digital packs in Indian Rupees (INR) only, processed through Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, net banking). Current packs:

• Starter: 10 credits — ₹100
• Pro: 25 credits — ₹250
• Max: 50 credits — ₹500

Purchases are subject to our Refunds and Cancellations policy. If a generation fails due to a technical issue on our side, credits are not deducted.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your uploads solely to provide the Service. Generated outputs include a commercial license for your personal and business use, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI outputs may vary in quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. We encourage you to contact us first at help@netreads.in to resolve disputes amicably.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
