By accessing and using StyleAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use of Service
Our AI-powered platform allows users to transform images based on selected styles. You must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including creating explicit, offensive, or copyrighted materials.
3. Credits and Payments
Generating images requires credits. Credits can be purchased through our payment gateway powered by Cashfree. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). All purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to our refund policy. If a generation fails due to a technical issue, no credits are deducted.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the original images you upload. By using the service, you grant us a temporary license to process your images for the purpose of generating your requested styled results. All generated images come with a commercial license for your personal and business use.
