Refunds and Cancellations

This policy applies to all purchases on StyleAI (https://styleai.netreads.in). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
1. Product type
We sell prepaid digital credits for AI image generation. Credits are intangible digital goods delivered instantly to your account after successful payment. We do not sell physical products and do not offer subscriptions.
2. Pricing (INR)
Current credit packs (all amounts inclusive, billed in INR via Cashfree):
- Starter — 10 credits for ₹100
- Pro — 25 credits for ₹250
- Max — 50 credits for ₹500
See Pricing for feature details. Credit usage: standard styles cost 2 credits per image; premium styles cost 5 credits.
3. Cancellations
There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Once a payment is successful, credits are added to your account immediately. Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire unless otherwise stated on the pricing page.
4. Refund policy
Because credits are digital goods delivered on payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been added to your account.
We may issue a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate charge for the same order
- Payment was successful but credits were not added to your account (with valid order ID)
- Technical error on our side that charged credits without delivering a generation (credits may be restored instead of a cash refund)
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, unused credits, dissatisfaction with AI output style, or user error (e.g. wrong style selected).
5. Failed generations
If a generation fails due to a technical issue on our platform, credits are not deducted from your balance. If credits were deducted in error, contact us and we will restore them or process a refund where appropriate.
6. How to request a refund
Email help@netreads.in within 7 days of the transaction with:
- Your account email
- Cashfree order ID or payment reference
- Amount paid and date of payment
- Description of the issue
We review requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are initiated through Cashfree to your original payment method where possible. Bank and UPI timelines vary; typically 5–10 business days after initiation.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us at help@netreads.in before raising a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will work with you to resolve legitimate issues quickly.
