1. Information we collect

• Account data: email address and credentials you provide when signing up
• Uploaded images: photos you submit for AI styling, stored temporarily for processing
• Generated outputs: styled images associated with your account history
• Payment metadata: order IDs, amounts, and payment status from Cashfree. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs on our servers
• Usage data: logs such as IP address, browser type, and actions needed to operate and secure the Service

2. How we use information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and credit purchases
• Generate styled images you request
• Respond to support and refund requests
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents

We do not use your personal uploads to train public models without your explicit consent. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

3. Data retention

Uploaded source images are kept only as long as needed for processing and are automatically deleted within approximately 24 hours. Account, order, and generation history may be retained while your account is active and as required for legal, tax, or dispute purposes.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies (such as a session cookie) to keep you signed in and to protect the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the core platform.

5. Data security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS/SSL encryption in transit and access controls on our infrastructure. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Cashfree handles payment instrument data according to its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS requirements. We may use cloud providers (e.g. Cloudflare) to host the Service and store images.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing help@netreads.in. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention obligations. You may delete your account by contacting support.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
